GRANDMA WOOD'S FRUITY RHUBARB

5 c. rhubarb, finely cut
3 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. fruit flavored Jell-O

Combine rhubarb and sugar. Let stand until the sugar draws juice, about 3 to 5 hours. Boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add flavored gelatin. This recipe makes 2 pints of jam.
