MARINATED FLANK STEAK 
1 flank steak

1/4 c. salad oil
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tsp. green onion, sliced (mostly green portion)
1 clove garlic, crushed or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. celery salt

Marinate steak at least 2 hours at room temperature. Grill 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Slice on diagonal into very thin slices.
