COTTAGE CHEESE PATTIES 
2 lg. onions, grated
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. bread crumbs
6 eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
Salt, sage, Accent to taste

Form patties. Fry until brown. Place in baking dish and cover with 2 cans mushroom soup, plus 1 can of water. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yields 25-30 meatballs.
