CREAM CHEESE PATTY SHELLS 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour

Combine softened cream cheese and butter. Cream until smooth. Add flour and mix well. Shape dough into 30 (1") balls. Place in ungreased 1 3/4" muffin pans. Shape each ball into shell. Yield: 2 1/2 dozen shells.
