Wash 2 hens in the usual manner. Steam until tender, about 20 minutes, covered in a steamer. Cut in half.

Mix: 3 tbsp. soy sauce, 3 tbsp. honey, 1 tbsp. sherry. Sprinkle a little minced garlic over the hens. Paint liquid mixture over the hens and bake at 450 degrees, basting until well browned.

Cut up green onion and sprinkle over the top before serving.
