1 lb. ground beef
1 c. coarsely shredded raw potatoes
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 egg

Combine all above ingredients, press into 9 inch baking dish. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and top with canned biscuits (stretch to spread thin) continue to bake, when brown, top with 1 c. shredded cheese. Remove from oven as soon as cheese is melted.
