LEFTOVER CREAMY POTATOES | |
3 c. mashed potatoes 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 5 or 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled 3 sm. green onions, chopped 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese Evenly spread potatoes in a lightly greased baking dish. Top with sour cream, sprinkle with bacon and green onions. Top with cheese. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot. About 6 servings. |
