ROMEGROT OR CREAM MUSH | |
1 stick butter 2 c. whole milk 1/2 c. scant all purpose flour 1/2 tsp. salt Melt butter on low heat in heavy pan. Sift flour into butter and stir until smooth. Bring to a boil over low to medium heat. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly to prevent lumping. Add salt. Serve with sugar and cinnamon. |
