1 can red salmon, drained (& I prefer to remove bones & dark skin)
3 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1 1/2 c. diced celery
3/4 c. Miracle Whip to which is added
1/3 c. sugar &
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish with juice

Mix last 3 ingredients thoroughly and add to first 3 ingredients. Chill and serve cold.
