SWISS VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrot & cauliflower combination
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French Fried Onions
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 can onions. Pour into 1 quart casserole. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake, uncovered 5 minutes more. Serves 6.

MICROWAVE: Same as above. Cook, covered on high for 8 minutes. Turn 1/2 way through. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Cook, uncovered on high for 1 minute until cheese melts.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
