SWISS VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots & cauliflower combination
2 c. frozen peas
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 c. (8 oz.) Swiss cheese, shredded
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 c. pepper
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions (Durkee)

Combine all ingredients except cheese and onions. Pour in shallow 2 quart casserole. Cover. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and top with cheese and onions. Bake 5 minutes more or until onions are golden. Makes approximately 8 servings.
