TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (32 oz.) bag frozen tater tots
1 (16 oz.) tub dairy sour cream
1 (16 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (6 oz.) can fried onions (French's)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Brown ground beef (I like to season with garlic salt).

Arrange tater tots on bottom of casserole dish, then ground beef.

In a mixing bowl combine: dairy sour cream, cheddar cheese and cream of mushroom soup. Pour mixture over ground beef. Sprinkle fried onions on top.

Bake at 350°F for 45 to 60 minutes.
