HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. lean ground beef
Chopped onion to taste
1 clove garlic, pressed
2 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Rice or noodles
4 oz. can mushrooms, undrained
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 pt. dairy sour cream
Chopped parsley

Brown ground beef in a pan with onion and garlic. Drain all but 1-2 tablespoons of the grease. Sprinkle flour, salt and pepper over meat and stir, cooking for several minutes. Add mushrooms and soup, simmering for 10 minutes. Cool several minutes and add sour cream, do not boil. Sprinkle with parsley and serve on rice or noodles. Serves 5.
