HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1/2 c. minced onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. butter
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 1/2 c. commercial sour cream
Noodles or rice

Cook onions and garlic in butter until transparent. Add meat, cook and stir until it has lots its red color. Add flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes. Add soup; simmer 10 minutes. Add sour cream and heat. Serve over rice or noodles.
