HAMBURG STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
Dash garlic salt
2 tbsp. flour
1 can mushroom soup (cream)
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
Salt & pepper to taste
Cooked noodles or rice

Brown meat, add onions and garlic salt. Cook until onions are tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes and add soup, mushrooms and simmer 15 minutes. Fold in sour cream and heat. Serve over rice or cooked noodles.
