APPLE CRISP FOR 2 
2 apples, pared and sliced
2 tbsp. water or juice (any kind)
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
2 tbsp. rolled oats
2 tbsp. sugar (brown or white)
2 tbsp. butter, softened
2 spices: 1/4 tsp. each of cinnamon and nutmeg or cinnamon and ginger
Raisins (optional)

Divide apple slices between 2 custard cups. Sprinkle with water or juice. Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle onto apples. Bake at 425 degrees until golden brown and apples are soft, about 25 minutes. Recipe can be increased by two, spices can be adjusted to taste.
