1 (2 3/8 oz.) pkg. seasoned coating mix for chicken
2 to 3 lbs. frying chicken, cut up

Place coating mix in bag provided with mix. Add chicken pieces, two or three at a time, and shake until evenly coated. Arrange chicken in (12 x 8 inch) baking dish, with meaty pieces toward outside of dish. Cover with wax paper. Microwave 20-30 minutes on High, or until thickest pieces are fork tender. 4 servings.
