ZIPPY BAKED POTATO 
1 envelope seasoned coating for chicken
1/4 c. finely shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
4 potatoes, sliced in 8 lengthwise wedges (peeled or not)

In plastic bag, combine seasoned coating mix, cheese and parsley. Toss potatoes in butter to coat. Drop potatoes, a few at a time, into plastic bag; shake to coat. Place slices on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake, uncovered, 1 to 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees stirring every 15 minutes.
