1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. butter
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, unbeaten

Mix flour ingredients and set aside. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Add milk alternating with flour. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
