VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 pkg. frozen cauliflower
1 pkg. frozen asparagus (can substitute carrots or Brussels sprouts)
1 pkg. frozen green beans
1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
1 (15 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz or Velveeta
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 can French's fried onions

Cook vegetables a few minutes. Combine soup, cheese and mushrooms and pour over vegetables in a casserole dish. Pour onion rings on top. Bake between 325°F and 350°F until hot.
