HAM LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ham, ground
1 1/2 lb. fresh pork, ground
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. tomato juice
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. mustard (French's)

Mix together and add last 2 eggs and 1 cup milk. Mix ingredients together and bake as meat loaf.

GLAZE:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. pineapple juice
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar

Boil together 10 minutes and baste ham loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
