TUNA PIE 
9-inch pastry shell (if frozen, thaw)

This is optional. I make it without crust.

7 oz. can tuna, drained and flaked
1 heaping c. shredded Swiss or Mozzarella cheese (I use part-skim Mozzarella)
1/4 c. sliced green onion
2 eggs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Pierce pastry with fork and bake in 375 degree oven for 10 minutes. Cool. In large bowl toss tuna, cheese, onion. Spoon into shell or greased pie plate. Beat eggs, milk, mayonnaise and cornstarch. Pour over tuna mixture. Bake 35-40 minutes. For 10-inch pie plate, double all ingredients. Just fills it without crust.
