HEARTY TUNA BISCUIT PIE | |
1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 can tuna, drained 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables 6 refrigerator biscuits, cut in half 1 tbsp. butter Parmesan cheese Use 8 inch square baking dish. Blend soup, milk and juice until smooth. Stir in tuna and vegetables. Bake 10 minutes, 400 degrees. Stir mixture. Top with biscuits halved around edge of dish. Top with butter and cheese. Bake 8 minutes more. 4 servings. |
