1 stick butter 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips Powdered sugar (approximately 1 lb.) 1 c. peanut butter 1 (12 oz.) box Kellogg's Crispix Melt butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips together. In a very large bowl, pour melted ingredients over Crispix and stir carefully to coat all pieces. Pour the coated Crispix into a large brown grocery bag (or pour a few at a time into a large plastic bag) and sift powdered sugar over them. Shake to cover all pieces with sugar. Store in an air-tight container. |
