1 stick butter
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 c. smooth peanut butter
12 oz. box Crispix cereal
1 lb. powdered sugar

Heat butter, chocolate chips and peanut butter until smooth and blended. Pour crispix cereal into a large bowl. Pour mixture over Crispix. Gently fold mixture into cereal until all Crispix are covered. Take a medium white kitchen trash bag and pour 1/2 pound of confectioners' sugar in the bottom. Pour bowl of chocolate cereal mixture on top. Cover with remaining confectioners' sugar. Tie top of bag with a twistie and gently roll bag. Do this 10 times. Open bag and enjoy! Cereal will be in individual pieces when you open the bag.
