12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 lg. box Chex or Crispix cereal
1 lb. powdered sugar (4 c.)

Melt butter, chips and peanut butter together. Pour over cereal and stir until covered. Sprinkle with powdered sugar (may not need all 4 cups) and mix well. Store in airtight container.
