1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) jar peanut butter
1 stick butter

Melt in top of double boiler.

9 cups cereal:

3 c. Rice Chex
3 c. Crispix
3 c. Cheerios

Cover with the melted chocolate. Stir well. Spread out on aluminum foil. Let stand for about 10 minutes. Then put 1 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar in a paper bag (large) put the mix in the bag and shake well. Spread out on the foil and let stand for a while. Can be frozen.
