TURKEY DIVAN 
Bake 1/2 turkey breast. Slice when cool.

2 pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 bag frozen broccoli cuts

Cook just until tender, drain and cool.

2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1 c. Hellman's mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. chopped chives
1 (8 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced thickly & sauteed in butter

Butter 13 x 9 inch Pyrex baking dish. Place cooked broccoli in pan, next layer of turkey slies, then mushroom slices. Cover all with sauce made of the cream of chicken soup, tarragon, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, nutmeg and chives. Then sprinkle with 8 ounce package sharp shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well 3 tablespoons melted butter, 3/4 cup seasoned crumbs and 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Finally, top garnish with butter browned toasted almonds.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
