HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 stick butter, melted
2 cans cream mushroom soup
2 c. grated cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped onion

Combine and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
