LEMONY STEAMED FISH 
4 fish fillets (orange roughy, scrod, cod, halibut)
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. lemon juice

Center each fillet on 12-inch square of aluminum foil. Sprinkle with onion, parsley, dill weed, paprika, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Fold foil over each fillet to make packet; squeeze foil on top and at both ends to secure. Bake in oven at 350 to 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
