STEAMED FISH A LA DAVID 
2 tbsp. butter
3 garlic cloves, in quarters
White fish fillets (scrod, orange roughy, flounder, etc.) 1 1/4 lb.

Dab butter on fish and place garlic cloves on top of fish. Wrap fish loosely in tinfoil and place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until fish is done. Remove garlic cloves. Pour 1/2 of Mojo Isleno Sauce recipe on top and serve immediately. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
