SPINACH WITH SOUR CREAM 
2 (16 oz.) pkgs. frozen spinach, chopped, cooked & drained
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. bread crumbs, buttered

Combine the spinach and onion soup mix and let stand 2 or 3 hours. Add sour cream and sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
