SPINACH SOUP CREAM SUPREME 
3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 env. dried onion soup mix
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. croutons or stuffing mix
2 tbsp. melted butter

Cook spinach as directed and drain. Add soup mix and sour cream. Put in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with croutons and drizzle with butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
