CREAM SPINACH-POTATO SOUP 
1 1/2 c. water
2 lg. potatoes
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
9 oz. pkg. frozen creamed spinach, at room temperature

Add potatoes and onion to water and boil for 15 minutes or until potatoes and onion are tender. Once tender, the potatoes and onion can be mashed together before adding remaining ingredients. Add milk, butter, pepper, salt and creamed spinach and let ingredients come to a second boil over medium heat. Serve with a loaf of French bread.
