CREAMED SPINACH WITH ARTICHOKE
HEARTS
 
3 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
3 oz. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 cans artichoke hearts, sauteed
1 pkg. slivered almonds
Salt, pepper, onion
Salt to taste

Saute artichoke hearts in butter. Cook and drain spinach. Add cream cheese and sour cream to spinach. Mix well and put in buttered casserole dish. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Spoon artichoke hearts and almonds on top and broil for 10 minutes.
