BAKED CARROTS 
1 1/4 lbs. carrots
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Scrape carrots and cut into 2 1/2 x 1/4 inch strips. Place in ungreased 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Stir together the rest of ingredients and pour over carrots. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until tender.
