BAKED CARROTS | |
1 lb. carrots 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. chopped green onions Pare carrots and quarter (2 in lengths). Place in well greased 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle with combined salt, pepper and green onions and dot with butter. Cover, place in 325 degree oven and bake for 1 hour or until carrots are tender. |
