BUTTERMILK PIE 
1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1 heaping tsp. corn meal
2 heaping tsp. flour
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk

Mix all ingredients together. Heat oven to 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Turn down to 325 degrees; pour mixture into pie shell and bake for 30 minutes. Makes 3 pies.
