ANTIPASTO SALAD 
1/2 lb. asparagus, cut in chunks
1 head cauliflower, broken in pieces
1 head broccoli, broken in pieces
1 cucumber, cut in chunks
1 zucchini, cut in chunks
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
2 lg. stalks celery, cut in chunks
1 lb. cherry tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) pkg. pepperoni slices, halved
1 sm. jar green olives, drain
1 can black olives, drain
2 pkgs. Good Season's zesty salad dressing mix, fixed according to pkg. directions

All of these ingredients, except salad dressing, are optional. Pour dressing over vegetables. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 days.
