ANTIPASTO SALAD 
12 oz. shell macaroni, cooked and cooled
1/2 lb. diced Provolone
1/2 lb. diced salami
1 each, red and green pepper, diced
1 can garbanzo beans
1 jar artichoke hearts, chopped, with juice

OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS:

Fresh broccoli
Cauliflower
Olives
Sweet peppers
Cherry tomatoes
Peas

Mix together above ingredients with dressing. (Use this one or a bottle of your favorite Italian salad dressing).

DRESSING:

1 c. olive oil
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. Parmesan or Romaine cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
