BANANA WALNUT FUDGE 
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. white corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mashed bananas (one large)

Cook, stirring constantly to rolling boil, then boil 3 minutes more. Cool. Beat until thick, add nuts if desired. Turn onto buttered plate, cool and cut.
