WALNUT FUDGE PIE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked shell
1 c. undiluted evaporated milk
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
Whip cream or vanilla ice cream

Prepare shell with high fluted edges; set aside. Combine milk, butter and chocolate in small saucepan. Place over low heat, stir until chocolate is melted and blended. Remove from heat.

Mix well eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla. Stir in chocolate mixture; blend well. Fold in walnuts. Pour in shell. Bake 375 degrees 35 minutes or until firm. Remove from oven. Cool room temperature. Serve in thin wedges with whip cream or ice cream.
