OLIVE BITES 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
Pinch cayenne or red pepper
8 oz. extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 jar sm. olives

Soften butter at room temperature. Mix with flour as if for pie dough. Add salt and cayenne pepper. Grate cheese and work into dough.

Take small amount of dough; press out and wrap around olive. Roll into ball to make even. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
