MUSTARD GLAZED FRUIT 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. light brown sugar
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 lb. can sliced peaches
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments
2 ripe bananas (not too ripe)
Cherries (optional)

Drain all fruits except for pineapple which should be its natural juice. Add to above, melted butter and stir in sugar and mustard. Heat to boiling. Remove. Serve fruit either hot or warm.
