HOT MUSTARD FRUITS 
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 firmly packed light brown sugar
3 tbsp. prepared spicy brown mustard
1 c. sliced peaches
1 c. apricot halves
1 c. drained, canned pineapple slices, cut in half

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat; add sugar and mustard and heat and stir about 5 minutes until sugar dissolves. Place fruits in an ungreased, shallow 1 quart casserole and pour in mustard mixture. Bake, uncovered, 1/2 hour, stirring and basting fruits once or twice.
