MUSTARD-GLAZED FRUITS 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar (packed)
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 can (1 lb.) sliced peaches, drained
1 can (13 1/2 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained
2 med. bananas, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
Nutmeg

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Melt butter in medium saucepan; stir in sugar and mustard. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat; stir in fruits. Pour into baking dish 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg. Bake 20 minutes or until fruits are heated through. Serve warm. 4 cups.

Serve as an accompaniment for just about any meat.
