MUSTARD-GLAZED FRUIT 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 (1 lb.) can sliced peaches, drained
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
2 med. bananas, cut into 1-inch pieces
Nutmeg (optional)

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Melt butter in medium saucepan; stir in sugar and mustard and bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in fruit. Pour into 8x8x2 inch baking dish (I use my souffle dish). Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg and bake 20 minutes or until fruit is heated through. Serve warm. Makes 4 cups. Great with ham and curried orange rice and mandarin orange salad.
