NEVER FAIL FUDGE 
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Mix sugar and cocoa in 8 x 10 inch dish. Drop butter onto sugar mixture in 4 or 5 pieces. Pour in milk. Microwave 2 to 3 minutes on HIGH. Stir lightly and add vanilla and nuts, stirring until nuts are evenly distributed. Spread evenly in dish. Refrigerate 1 hour. Cut into squares. Makes 3 dozen pieces.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
