NEVER FAIL FUDGE 
1/3 c. butter
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) evaporated milk
1 (13 oz.) bar sweet chocolate, grated
2 (12 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 c. marshmallow creme
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped nuts

Mix butter, sugar and milk together in pan. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and quickly stir in marshmallow creme, grated chocolate and chocolate chips. Stir until melted. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into buttered pans. Chill, and cut. This makes about 5 lbs. of fudge. Keeps well and always stays creamy.
