INGREDIENTS:

1 pt. brick ice cream
8 animal cookies
16 gingersnaps or vanilla wafers

Before You Start: Place 4 small plates in the refrigerator to chill. Have adult help you cut ice cream into 4 equal slices.

1. Place each ice cream slice on a chilled plate.

2. Stand 2 animal cookies up in front of each ice cream slice.

3. Make "wheels" along both sides of ice cream slices with the cookies.

4. Serve right away or freezer until ready to serve. 4 ice cream carts.
